[cobalt-users] Raq3 FTP- permission denied problem.

Hi.

I have a problem since I installed the latest Proftpd (pre10) and checked
everything but can't find a solution!
one of the virtual server's siteadmin is unable to upload/delete any files
from his /web directory, the owner of the dir is httpd, the group is site19
and both has read/write to the dir.

any idea?
