[cobalt-users] reformat

i may need to do a reformat and reinstall of my raq2

i have SSL installed as well, along with 180 clients

what is the best way to backup my users files and what do i need to back for
ssl? (i remember reading something about a key and where is it)

Should i use the backup feature on the GUI? which one do i select?

All server configuration, email and user files

or user by user?

problem is i upped to pre10 and my directory and file permissions are
screwed so i think the best thing for me to do is reformat...
