Cobalt has a PHP 3.0.13 + SSL rpm on their ftp server now
(ftp.cobaltnet.com), in the pub/experimental directory, named
mod_php3_ssl-3.0.13-1C1.mips.rpm.  I haven't tried it yet, nor have I been
paying close attention to the list, so I don't have any details on how it
works.

Personally, I'm going to attempt this weekend the "manual" upgrade method
posted to the list the other week.  You can find it archived here:
