[cobalt-users] cgi-wrapper not found, how annoying!

I've installed a couple of CGIs on my RAQ2 on some domains I host, but
recently I've looked in the error log (/home/log/httpd/error) and I've
noticed every time a user uses one of the scripts I get an CGI Wrapper error
logged. Eg.:

[Wed Jan 19 10:45:10 2000] [warn] [client 207.213.247.36] handler
"cgi-wrapper" not found for: /home/sites/site81/web/cgi-bin/mail/mmstdod.cgi

Any idea why this is happening? The CGI works and all but I still get these
errors in the log.
