One would think that sash might be available (cut and pasted from
dselect on one of my debian boxes):
sash - Stand-alone shell.
The purpose of this program is to make replacing of shared
libraries easy and safe. It does this by firstly being linked
statically, and secondly by including many of the standard
utilities within itself.
Of course, pretending to have any sort of security on a system that also
provides adequate access (at least the type of access an active,
unstructured developer requires) is living in a state of both denial and
sin.
