[cobalt-users] RAQ1 urgent question: renumbering IPs

Hello,

We have to modify the IPs of all the sites (38 sites) on a raq1 due to the
switch to a new IP allocation. Given the number of sites we cannot do this
using the "copy" method.
The knowledge base has a solution for this:

There is one point I do not understand:

C. Go to the following directory and grep for the IP address:

              /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/
----------

What does "grep for the IP address mean"???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
