Admin can only be part of 32 groups. This may be the problem.

Subject: [cobalt-users] FTPing as Server Admin - Permission Denied - RaQ2
we are having problems FTPing to users sites as the server admin. This has
only happened in the last month, the only way I can FTP to a users site is
as a site admin.
Why is this so,, previously server admin had full control within FTP to all
sites and dir's What is happening to my RaQ's .. It's almost as if the RaQ2
doesn't want to know the sever admin user !!!!
Advice would be helpfull , as when clients have problems with design work
our designers can't assist them using server admin etc etc... We also add a
company logo to sites on our servers that are visible but don't have web
sites up and running yet but use email etc etc..
Thanks
Julian
