[cobalt-users] Re: [Cobalt] selective autoresponder?

Peter;
I believe this is a task for procmail (which should be installed on your
machine) however, I believe it's version 3.10. The current version is
3.14.
Procmail offers you almost unlimited choices for mail
filtering/handling/autoresponding and so on.
HOWEVER; I think we all need to understand how the web interface is gonna
behave if a tool like procmail is activated to deal with certain aspects
of mail handling and autoresponding.
I would email support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx directly to get a better feel for what
they have to say regarding this subject.
For further information on procmail, point your browser at any or all of
the following links;
http://www.procmail.org
http://moongroup.com/unix/procmail/
Those are the heavyweight sites, but a really quick ramp up can be seen
at Nancy McGough's Procmail page:
http://www.ii.com/internet/robots/procmail/qs/
I hope this begins to answer some of the questions you raised.
Regards,
-Colin
