Jeff,

If you don't let your customers use siteadmin,

a) How do they FTP to the main site?

Set up a user on the system assigned to that website (just an orderinary user, NOT ad administrator), then manually change his home diretory (in /etc/passwd) to the main directory for the site. Thanks to whoever on the list gave me this small but important bit of info. Testing so far has shown that does does NOT break the GUI and that the GUI does NOT break this.

b) How do they view their web usage stats?

So far I've only migrated one other website to this RaQ besides several of my own. He's still waiting for this part of puzzle. I imagine I'll be instlling some third party system and putting the stats into a subdirectory called ./stats, and password protect it. That's what we always did on other (non RaQ) boxes.
