We are just about the allow all of our hosting customers to access the
Siteadmin Interfaces, simply by telling them that its avaliable. We are even
compiling a cut down manual so that they can learn how to change email
settings for their sites and access the web stats etc etc..
After much thought on this issue about customers stuffing things up we came
to the conclusion that if they do stuff their site up , we will charge them
a fee to fix it again ! SIMPLE...... Some won't like it , but generally most
of our customers will follow the manual and keep themselves on the right
track.
If anyone can tell me why they would not let customers access these
functions, let me know.. I have had assurances from Cobalt that there is no
real concern ! Or is There something people arn't telling me ?
Thanks
