When you type in hihum.com it should take you to /home/sites/site7/web
That is the main web directory for the site.

To go to the users web directory the URL would be:
http://www.hihum.com/~hihum/

The users directory are not the web directory of the site. When you create a
user it gives them a site in the format as shown above and unless they have
siteadmin privaledges they are not able to go to the document root of the
site which is the main directory.
