A friend of mine had an old 5 + 5 fixed/removable working on his Model II
using cp/m, though I forget whose.
But who had the best cp/m? I did. CP/M Plus for the Lobo was the best
implementation of CP/M, and took advantage of bank switching between four
32k banks. How do I know? Simple: I was VP/Software Development for
Lobo, and Gary Kildall (founder of Digital Research and author of CP/M)
