[cobalt-users] Weird FTP access

I'm having some problems with FTP access to my Raq3.

Whey users FTP to their site it takes an extremely long time to connect (2-3
minutes). It hangs on USER and PASS.

Then, once it makes it in, they can't get to their files either by setting
an initial path or by trying to change directories. They end up in a web
directory with the standard Cobalt place holder file and nothing else. If
they go up one level there are no other folders (users, logs or certs).
Basically Raq black hole.

There also seems to be a delay when accessing control panels, again on the
processing of the username and password.

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on here or how to fix it? This
just started happening yesterday evening and is quite frustrating.
