I've been told by several people who connect daily through dialup accounts 
at <demon.co.uk> that demon automatically sends email via smtp as you 
log-in.  So I'd think all you have to do is make sure your Qube is 
listening on the IP# that demon assigns, and that you've got sendmail 
running, and that you've got at least one catchall account set up in 
virtusertable for the domain you're answering for.

Then just turn off fetchmail.

In case I've missed something, I'm forwarding this to a friend (named 
"Ben") in the UK who as I recall uses both demon and unix (though neither 
Linux nor a Qube); I hope he can add whatever I've missed.
