I don't know what modules are installed on your Raq2.... but it's pretty
easy to test.

Write a perl script with one line:

use MIME::Tools;

Then try to run it. It'll eitehr puke or be quiet. If it's quiet, that
indicates it is able to 'use' that module.

If you don't have it, get it here:

ftp://ftp.cpan.org/pub/CPAN/modules/by-module/MIME/
