Tim:
If you can find out the answer to this, please let me know!
I'm on a RaQ3, and right now we have our email going through
ns1.violetstar.com-it's the only way we could make it work. When I give a
client mail setup info, I would much rather give them mail. instead of ns1.

Subject: [Cobalt] RaQ2 Mail setup.
I have searched the KB and this group for a resolution to my e-mail problem
without success.
I need to set up POP3 accounts so that e-mail clients can access the server
as "mail.clientsdomain.co.uk". I have been able to do this but only using
"www.mail.clientsdomain.co.uk". Where am I going wrong ?
If I can set this up it will save me a lot of trouble with my existing
clients moving them from my current reseller account to my RaQ.
Please bear in mind that I am an extreme newby and need a detailed
explanation.
Many thanks in anticipation
