Question do you have at least two IP addresses assigned to you. Normally DN will
go ahead and issue your initail IP then your range of other IPs. Check your
initial welcome e-mail from DN.

You do not want to add this site. See below where to use this info.

Change Cobalt Server name to 'www' and this will make your main site the
www.ienc.com

Yes you need two forms, but it will come back denied because you assigned them
both the same IP address.
When you login into the Server Management screen it will say mainsite at the
top. Make the IP address of that site the one for ns1 and use the other IP
address for ns2.
