No, actually it doesn't sound complicated at all.  I have had that issue come 
up maybe 3-4 times with well over 100 sites on a RAQ2.  Each time the 
customer understood perfectly, and quickly chose another user name.  NBD.  
Certainly much easier than getting a support call to set up or change an 
e-mail every time a  customer needs it done.
