Setting contradictory elements from your message side by side, I get:

  " For the last couple of weeks"
  " I registered this domain a couple of days ago"

and
  "I have been unable to receive email,"
  "is not acceptable to your SMT."

I am confused.

Are you having trouble getting mail at a new domain, or is this something
which has persisted several weeks?

Are you having trouble getting mail, or is the trouble when sending it?

Please clarify.
