Don't add domains or networks that aren't local to the server when you
can use POP-before-SMTP relaying.

The Email Parameters menu titles and help text are written to imply
this, but adding a host or domain to the relay list does enable two-way
relaying.  If the mail client is listed in the relay list, that sender
can mail anybody at any domain.  Any mail client can relay mail to any
domain listed in the "relay from" field.
