Yes you can run that on a 16MB RAQ, but the labor in moving to another RAQ,
unless they're going to just install more RAM for you, makes it worth it to
start with the better server. Also, if you're going to install the POP
before SMTP, you'll want to be on at least a 32 MB server to start.
