The package is still available at
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/contrib/binaries/.

The error below is a result of your changed DNS configuration, not
POP-before-SMTP relay.  

Delete the alias (CNAME) record www.massachusetts.com, add a forward
lookup record (A) www.massachusetts.com resolving to 192.41.17.169.
