You can do this through the UI, go to Control Panel -> Services -> Email
Parameters. Under the "Block email from these users/hosts/domains" you
c an enter an IP 192.168.1.1, a 32 bit subnet 192.168.1, a 16 bit subnet
192.168, etc. You can also enter domain names, ie spammers.net, but
this is very easy to spoof.
