[cobalt-users] More Front Page

Hi all, 
I have set up a virtual domain with Front Page extensions installed as
per the instructions posted many times in this list, however the first
customer to use this service on our raq2 says he gets an error message
saying he is unable to "add, rename, or delete" FP Webs. 

Is this standard? Is there a way I can allow this virtual site
administrator to rename his own webs? Do I want to? Is it supported? Or
perhaps are the webs he is trying to create/rename/delete the infamous
"subwebs" which are not supported... if so, is there a work around to
using a "subweb"?

Sorry for having zero knowledge about Front Page. Learning from this
list and others is like patching to gether a quilt! Any help
appreciated. Thanks!
