[cobalt-users] symlinken a whole partition

Filesystem         1024-blocks  Used Available Capacity Mounted on
/dev/hda1             297792  278942    18850     94%   /
/dev/hda3              49863   49506      357     99%   /var
/dev/hda4            6777378 1403765  5373613     21%   /home

is there any way to symlink the whole /dev/hda3 the /var directory to /home/var ?
