[cobalt-users] help! u and p getting thrown back

Hi Guys/Gals

Some of my users are unable to get into their /siteadmin area with their u 
and p. It seems like they might of changed their password from the password 
i sent them at their signup

well, i went in there and reset their password, when i go to 
theirname.com/siteadmin i enter the p i just reset, and i throws it back

Help? I tired contacting Cobalt, with no avail, they have a answering 
machine
