I have several questions regarding majordomo on my raq2

I have enjoyed Managing Mailing Lists by Alan Schwartz (O'Reilly), but I
still have these unanswered questions.

1.  Why are there no listname.info and listname.passwd files in
/usr/local/majordomo/lists.  I thought they were required (at least
according to Schwartz).

2.  When I name a mailing list, e.g. exchange, I find that majordomo sets up
the list and names it exchange_site3.  Is there anyway to get rid of _site3?

3.  How can I tell who is the owner of the list? I don't see anywhere in
either the GUI or in the listname.config file to find out or to change it.
