Try this. I use CNAME to the "A" record but you could just use all "A"
Records for ftp, pop, smtp, www and or the host name i.e., raq
Domain.com. Address Record (A) 000.000.000.000
Domain.com. Mail Exchange Record (MX) preference=10, Domain.com
ftp.Domain.com. Canonical Name (CNAME) Domain.com
pop.Domain.com. Canonical Name (CNAME) Domain.com
smtp.Domain.com. Canonical Name (CNAME) Domain.com
www.Domain.com. Canonical Name (CNAME) Domain.com
Then make sure that you "x" check [x] Accept Email for Domain,
and that you "x" check [x] Web Access by Domain, you can find
these option under the "Site Settings" for each virtual site,
then using this DNS setup it does not matter what your host
name is!
Also I use "www" as the host name for each site! i.e.,
Host Name= www / Domain Name= Domain.com
