[cobalt-users] FRUSTRATED WITH CGI

I am trying to install formmail and get the following error when I run it

I have tried different settings for the first line as #!
no luck
I have tried chmod 755
no luck

I even tried which pearl and got no response

Can anyone help???

I cannot get any scripts to run
and yes I am logging in as the admin
and uploading as ascii
