Cobalt bandwidth management is IP based only.

What did you say? The bandwith management works virtual site based,
regardless if the site has a dedicated IP address or not? I will
immediately get such a beast if this is true!

Where did you hear about this? Are you sure it's not solely IP based
monitoring, or better, limiting?
