I don't know what FTP program you are using, but this one will do what you
are asking for. It has a scripting language and is very powerful:
http://www.ftpcontrol.com/html/orders.html . Get the Power version. You can
download a full demo first. Also, they are very good in giving updates at no
cost through one version. The program has an auto update in the about menu.
