Dear lord, man. Sounds like you are actually wanting to back stuff up!
Which isn't really what the Cobalt backup utility is for. Its there to look
and smell like a backup utility, yet at the same time be almost completely
useless.
Unfortunately, the automated scripts that come with the Raq are very
limited. I would suggest creating your cron job that tars up what you want,
gzips it and then FTP's it to the site of your choosing. It wouldn't be
that hard to do.
