Jeff,
Yeah, the RaQ seems to count only restarts from the GUI. If you were to
manually restart the web server, it would not update that info in the
GUI. It also does not report the nightly web server restarts done just
after it rotates the logs.
Kevin,
It sounds like one of the cron tasks are not running. I don't know which
one since the last time I looked at the cron file it made my head spin.
Perhaps someone else more seasoned than I can point you to the right
file(s).
