Ah!
This is an issue that I asked cobalt to look at a
couple of weeks ago, I have allocated at least 15mb of data space to users and
still get a "a front page web could not be created" error message upon ticking
the create FP web in the user setup page.
However - the main site is fine and dandy with its
fp webs.
Curious?
