[cobalt-users] CGI will not work Help

I am new to this and need some hand holding !!

When I install a cgi script I always get the same thing a cgiwrap error

For each domain:
I create a cgi-bin directory and dump all files in there in specific directories
for each program.

I upload the files with the owners login and password
 
My problems begin

If someone could please let me know the steps that I should take to get a
script to work I would appreciate it.
