[no subject]

When I click on a link that re-directs to another site for a file download
via http, nothing happens...  just waits and waits, then times-out.  If I
dial-up my laptop to the same ISP and click on the same link, the file
downloads fine.

This happens on more than one web site/link, which was my first clue that
there was a problem.

For testing, I reduced my ipfwadm settings to:

/sbin/ipfwadm -F -f   #flush
/sbin/ipfwadm -F -a m -S 192.168.0.0/24 -D 0.0.0.0/0

Any ideas?  I'm obviously missing something very basic...  TIA.
