Nope, you'd have to rewrite half the kernel to get it do otherwise. This is
common to all unix based machines.
However he can only read (or write for that matter) what he has access
levels too. By default he shouldn't be able to do anything dangeorous except
maybe view other peoples websites etc. You can get around this by using the
following commands:
man chmod
man chown
man chgrp
Be careful though as the GUI might require certain directories to be certain
accesses

I want to let a user have telnet of his site, and I want he only can read
his site directory only, other than outside his site directory. Can anyone
