My first experience with cobalt support was not as bad as this list has
previously reported.  As you all know we always here about the bad, but
rarely about the good.

We had an issue on one of our new(refurbished) servers over the holiday
weekend.  Despite hearing from this list that Cobalt was short staffed for
the holidays, we called anyway.  We followed the instructions on the
voicemail that we received and got a resolution to our problem.

There is hope with Cobalt and we will continue to spend $$$ there.
