[cobalt-users] Admin Interface and Mail Down - RaQ2

Hi,
One of our servers is not responding with the GUI or for retrieving email.
It is fully accessable with FTP, Telnet and the sites hosted on this server
are responding as well. We have rebooted the machine from Telnet and still
cannot get a response from the Admin Interface or email. Any ideas as to
what to do next?
