[cobalt-users] User/Group Quota default setting location?

Happy holidays to all...

On a Qube2 (and possibly on RAQs also..) there is a setting somewhere that
limits the quota level you can set through the web admin interface to
10000mb (10gb).  I'm sure this level is specified in a config file
somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.  I want to change the MAXimum
configurable quota level (not the user/group "default" level).

Can someone point me the right direction?
