[cobalt-users] Virtual Site Administrator NOT WORKING?

Hello,

I created a user account and I checked "Telnet/Shell access" and "Site
Administrator" for this account. However when I use this account to login
ftp of the virtual site, I'm not able to publish to the base root of the
virtual site, but I can login the control panel for the site administrator.

When I login to the ftp, it show as:
- ftp://www.domain.com
--- web

Sorry I am first time user on RaQ2 :-(
