more info if you need

i went into the root and tired to chmod my /home
directory 775, didnt help

when in root, i can add/remove folders

i can delete and upload files ok

when i say i tired to create a folder, it was when i
am logged into ftp as admin

i removed the extentions in my web and i still cant do
anything.

Please help!
