Fathi,
Set it up as a regular new domain from the Admin console. Add DNS and such
for it as well. You want to set it up as if you have no plans to stack it.
Then go into your httpd.conf and simply point the web directory to the same
place as domain1.com. This will simply point www.domain2.com to the same
files as www.domain1.com. This will also work for ANYTHING going to
domain2.com, so www.domain2.com/foo/bar/index.html would point to the same
file on your server as www.domain1.com/foo/bar/index.html
I have this working as a good CNAME alternative on my RAQ 2.
