Cobalt said they should have a utility to migrate from 2 to 3 sometime end
of December. I'd be interested in seeing how/if it works...

Has anyone gone through through the process of migrating multiple sites from
a Raq2 to a Raq3? What's the best way to transfer site/user configuration
and files?

Of course Cobalt doesn't have anything in their KB about this.
