the *best resource to your question can be answered @the Cobalt Knowledge
Base....
go to www.cobalt.com/support/kb (I think you have to register.....free
though) ....and do a search on "email".....or click on the "email"
link...........it talks about all why's and how to's.
Then go get the work-around:
