[cobalt-users] CGI permission strangeness

We just implemented a CGI script to allow us to do greeting cards for our
visitors. But when the script was first run it changed the ownership of the
/home/sites/home/web directory to httpd and this then wouldn't allow us to
upload any files to the dir. Changing the ownership to admin seemed to cure
the problem but is there a more permanent cure, as I feel the next time the
script gets run it will do the same thing.
