[cobalt-users] Virtual Server vs Virtual Domains

I currently have a virtual Apache server in which I can have a number of
Virtual Domains. For various reasons I am looking at co-locating and
offering a similar set-up so that I can offer other web developers exactly
what I have now. Can anyone help me with the following question.
On a RAQ 2, you can set-up a Virtual Server, e.g. www.developer.com.au
which I believe may have a root directory of say /home/sites/website2/
Does this virtual server then have it's own Apache config files, enabling
them to set up a virtual domain e.g. www.developersclient1.com.au at say
/home/sites/website2/client1?
If not, is it feasible to have, like I read in a thread, an include file of
say, website2.cnf, located in /home/sites/website2/ whereby that developer
can create his own virtual domains, without having access to my main config
files?
The reason for this is obvious I feel. I sell off say 200mb to a
developer, without me having to keep an eye on 10-20 sites, all of his
sites are within his 200mb limit.
Any help would be appreciated here.
