Thanks for helping me understand this; it's a Linux 5.2 limitation; it has nothing to do with Cobalt.

At least there's a power switch!!!

Reminds me of a Windows "requirements" list I saw a few years ago:
  i486 or greater
  8 megabytes memory or greater
  200 megabytes disk space or greater
  keyboard
  mouse
  monitor
  reset buton
