[cobalt-users] monitoring user email

I have a Qube2 and I would periodically like to monitor user email.

Are there any easy ways to monitor specific user incoming and/or outgoing
email?
Where are the files located on the server?  Can they be exported as plain
text?

Right now, all POP3 email clients are set to leave mail on the server for
20 days.
