Hi,
On a RAQ2:
Every six hours the program splitlogs.pl runs.
This program takes all entries in the
/var/log/httpd/access file, stores them in
the /var/log/httpd/combined-access file and also
stores the entries in the access file of the site where
this entry is for (/home/sites/siteX/logs/access).
Is this correct ?
Questions:
- Who/what cleans up the access file for the sites?
- What is the use for combined-access?
- When are the access files in the site directories
cleaned up?
There is no entry for them in /etc/logrotate.conf
Thanks,
Bert
